Theselocalities also offer social infrastructure that can further boost their potential as preferred realty destinations amongst real estate buyers as well as developers. Some of the areas like Nagar Road, Sholapur Road and Mundhwa/Koregaon Park. Nagar Road has now been widened and has access to social infrastructure, including shopping malls, hotels, and schools is also wellconnected to Kharadi, Hadapsar and Wagholi.
Hey ..Hadapsar is another locality and it is juts close to the IT hub Magarpatta City also just about 2 km away. The professionals working in and around the IT hub want to stay near to their working place. The real estate prices in Magarpatta are high and so those who are unable to afford property in the area go for Hadapsar that offers properties at cheaper prices comparatively.
Hi Supratim, I also heard that around 1,000-sq-ft apartment in a multistorey building in Magarpatta is also available within a range of Rs 63-75 lakhs apartments in Hadapsar will be available in Rs 45-55 lakhs. Also Kharadi and Hadapsar are located about 6 kms away from the city centre and are well-connected to the NH-9.
@Wasim : Kharadi, Wagholi and Hadapsar are now the most popular residential destinations in east Pune mainly due to their proximity to IT hubs. Heard that these areas offer maximum 2-BHK apartments which would be in the budget range of Rs 40-60 lakhs.
Hey Gurmeet : I also heard that it is located close to the Kharadi It hub, and so people who are unable to buy property in Kharadi look for options in Wagholi.
