Q: Neel Sidhi Amarante is yet to get electricity connection from MSEB. It's been heard that MSEB doesn't have sufficient infrastructure(Feeder transformers & lines) to feed approx. 1000 flats in this project. So any idea, what's the status of electricity connection issue?
As we are customers of amarante and it is builders responsibility to provide us essential things against crores of sum which has been collected by us. We intend to discuss very important issues with builder like shortest route to get electricity, let go 6cr rs to MSEB, if electricity is away then generators or through commercial load of phase 2, compensation, rent reimbursement, society formation etc etc. for which every flat owner should be present, consent and demand from builder.
Requesting every flat owner to join our hands in this mass meeting and voice in your opinions and demands as one big united family.
Meeting to be held at builders office, vashi at 11 am on 18th October, Saturday.

From: CDR Verma [mailto:cdrverma@neelsidhi.com] Sent: Wednesday, May 07, 2014 3:27 PM To: CDR Verma Subject: Update on Power Supply at Amarante
This is to inform you that some flat owners of Amarante Phase I had filed a writ petition in Bombay High Court (Petition No. 4304 of 2014) against Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. Ltd (MSEDCL) and Neel Sidhi Developers (NSD), for not providing the power supply to their flats.
The matter was heard on priority basis by Mr Justice A.S. Oka and Mr Justice AA Sayed / Mr Justice M.S. Sonak of the Hon’ble High Court, Bombay on 07.04.2014, 10.04.2014, 15.04.2014, 25.04.2014, 29.04.2014, 02.05.2014 and 05.05.2014.
With a view to reduce the hardship of the flat purchasers in the Amarante Project, Neel Sidhi Developers have deposited the disputed amounts of Rs.5,64,48,000/- and Rs.2,16,400/- with MSEDCL as they have agreed to provide power supply within three months from the date of deposit of the disputed amount.

Guys, Since you residents are facing issues with power, I suggest you that why not all the residents of the society come together and plan a schedule meeting with the builder in any of these coming days and try to find out what exactly is the cause of the problem. Clearly chalk out all the issues directly with the builder himself.
yes I am also agree with you. Let's come together & ask for the solution from Neelsidhi. At least they should have provide us the temporary power supply.
guys its time we all should join hands and get specific reasoning for the delay and ask for a solution... if required they should even provide alternate power solutions till they get proper approvals from mseb and get the connections done. its our hard earned money since there is also pase ii happening the builder is in no hurry...
hello freinds, i am hearinh this for past 8 months. i have booked a flat in phase 1. There seems to be some thing fishy, the builder after decideding to take leagal action is not able to file application in court for three months now.
Hello Rathin, I think you are talking about Phase I. I had a word with the marketing executive and it seems it is going to take another 2 to 3 months from now to get the electricity connection.
