In next five years. Hebbal has witnessed a complete make over in the last decade. Devanahalli has gained importance as a preferred destination with the establishment of Bengaluru International Airport Slowly but gradually the area is emerging as an IT Hub with several technology companies and parks. Moreover Hebbal has good infrastructure like metro, upcoming monorail and high speed rail networks.
I second you Mr Nagesh, If you are planning to invest in Bangalore go for Hebbal-Yelahanka-Devanahalli stretch. In the past six years the stretch has seen substantial development. The stretch offers 2,3 and 4 BHK apartments by different builders within a wide price bracket.
The region is developing fast due to IT-BT and Industrial boom which is currently in great demand and is expected to grow rapidly in the near future.
