Hello, it is expected in 2016 december with a buffer or grace period of 6 months...so you can plan accordingly...

Hello Mr. Prakash, as far as i know this is a joint venture by saviour builders and new way homes. and the project specifications and amenities looks good. Well you could have asked the staff there for specific information and relevant documentations of the project...

Sure, Indu the price starts from Rs. 25.58 Lacs and the possession of the project is in 2016 end . You can take a grace period of 6 months to be on the safer side.

This is very new project, and eve I am very interested to invest in this project to came to know that this project has ground + 21 floors, with option of 2 BHK and 3 BHK. It has 40 thousand meter of green area as well.
