There is hardly any space left to avail any construction options. Prices would always be high because the stretch in a hub of residential as well as commercial activity. You have not mentioned if you are interested in residential or commercial space. For commercial space you may get a few options by small time builders offering newer construction but you are going to buy at a premium and later sell at the same levels. I expect an increase of 8 to 10% in the medium term of three to five years simply because of lack of availability of newer apartments.
