Is there any discounts for the BPL people?? or for the farmers?? Because I though this is an affordable housing so there might be chances for discounts!

Yes there are discounts,for farmers and industrialists, at least 17.5% of the flats are reserved. Five per cent reservation is for the authority’s employees, and those having commercial and institutional properties in Noida..

hi , guys I have found out the procedure : Brochures will cost Rs 1,500 and will be available to applicants from January 1 at all leading private and government sector banks. The last date of submitting applications will be January 31. An applicant will have to deposit 10% of the flat’s cost as registration fee, which will be refundable if the applicant fails to get a flat in the draw....

Yes true I also heard that Noida authority on Wednesday has announced a housing bonanza for homebuyers this New Year, in which nearly 850 flats across various categories will be on offer.
