Guys the connectivity of the area is also good,. Taj Expressway and Formula One Track is closest of this place and Gautam Budh University is nearest of this place.It is on Greater Noida Expressway near by Mahamaya Flyover and very near to Delhi.

@Indu as per my idea,Sector 150 is a very prime location in Noida. Many projects are run there like ATS, BRYS, Antrish, Subhkamna and logix etc. It is very near to Jaypee Aman and Nehru Place Extension. All the facilities are available in this locality.

Hi Samar I have found out he price through a broker, they said the rates for CLP is Rs 4850 per sq.ft and for Down payment is its Rs 4550 per sq.ft. You have to pay Rs 4 Lac as the parking charge!
