Keeping in mind the current trend and real estate scenario, you can invest in a property in both the localities keeping in mind your future requirement and budget. Since the rates in Mohali are slightly on a higher side, i think you can invest in a property in Mallanpur where the land prices are still cheap and not have sky rocketed. But looking at the pace at which locality is growing, prices are going to soar in coming times and the demand for land is going to climb up since Mallanpur is experiencing a rapid boom in real estate sector.
Can anybody suggest me like investing in a property in Mohali or Mallanpur will make a better option.?? I am open to both the localities but little confused?? Kindly give a suitable suggestion.
Hi Gurmeet, heard that units ranging from 300, 400 and 500sq yards are available in Suntec City. They are quoting Rs. 14000 per sqft. The executive said the project is coming up in Sector 4E, Mullanpur, New Chandigarh. He said electricity, power has been sanctioned and 40 feet wide road is being developed. SunTec city is just 5kms from Mohali and is close proximity from proposed Anandpur Sahib to Mohali 4 lane expressway. Looks like there is big scope for appreciation as many residential and commercial developments are coming up near Suntec City.
I am looking for investing in a plot in Suntec City. May I know the details of the units available, current rate per sqft. Where exactly is this project located and what is the scope for appreciation? Any new infrastructure development happening
I am also interested in booking a plot in Suntec city. Got in touch with the executive and said that the project has all amenities like garden, play area, club house, 24 hrs power backup and children play area and construction work is under way.The executive also said the club house will be done shortly and possession will be likely around Dec 2015.
