Came to know that BITS has launched their campus in HiTec city. EMAAR Group is planning to build a 7 star hotel near to International Airport, an Outer Ring Road is being planned from HiTec city to airport and moreover a signal free corridor from Hitec city to Airport is also being proposed.

Hi Satyajit, as per my knowledge some of the localities are Madhapur, Gachibowli, Manikonda and Kondapur which are at close proximity from HiTec city. The infrastructure around HiTec city is superb and is well connected by state owned buses which ply between HiTec city and nearby localities at regular intervals. Besides the location of Shamshabad Airport have changed the concept of the locality.

Yeah Rupak, the presence of airport has made the land prices go up in recent times and moreover also heard that a hardware park is being proposed near Hi Tec city. Also a nanotech park, semiconductor water fabrication plant, a textile park and more has been proposed near Hi Tec city

If you are planning to buy a flat in Hi Tec city, then this is the place to be in Hyderabad since it is close to IT hub and emerging as one of the fast upcoming locality in Hyderabad. It is one of the posh locality in Hyderabad surrounded by Madhapur, Gachibowli, Kondapur and Manikonda. Some of the IT giants like Mahindra Satyam, Value Labs, Microsoft, TCS and many others have their offices in HiTec city.
