Hi Ramana,

Ofcourse you can invest in MS Supradeepam and I think its worth to do so because MS Supradeepam is one such project meant for gated community. As it is located close to bus stands, hospitals, multiplexes, banks and education institutes, prices will definately take an upbeat in future. Also being near to proposed ring road and National Highway just 4 kms from this place, looks to me an excellent oppurtunity to put ones money.

Hey Ram, the project is located at Pattabiram Road, Vayanallur, Poonamallee. It is approx 5 kms from Poonamallee bus stand, 2 kms from ongoing ring road, 4 kms from Bangalore Highway and just 1 km from Sri Ramachandra Medical & maternity hospital. Came to know that they has tie ups with HDFC, Axis and LIC Housing finance. The executive said that there is no water problem as there is sufficient bore dug upto a depth of 600 feet along with municipal connection. The project has got the nod from CMDA.

Hi Umesh, actually they are quoting Rs. 1050 per sqft in MS Supradeepam. Seems to be quite reasonable when compared with rates of other projects in Poonamalle. The project is exclusively meant for premium gated community.
