Mira Road is located in north Mumbai and comes under Mira-Bhayander Muncipal Corporation ( MBMC). It has turned out to be one of the happening localities in terms of real estate market is concerned as many residential towers are mushrooming in this part of the city in recent times. Mira Road is also easily connected to Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai by efficient transport system. Local trains connect this place with other suburbs like Andheri, Virar, Goregaon, Khar, Jogeshwari and Ville Parle. Off late many commercial establishments like hotels, restaurants, parks, multiplexes, malls, banks and super specialty hospitals have come up in Mira Road which have added a spark to the growth in population.

Hey, came to know that since other localities are chocking up with pollution and traffic and high rentals, Mira Road seems to be the ideal location as one can still afford flat which are reasonably cheap and affordable.

You haven't mentioned about the units and the budget as per your requirements. Came to know that Ravi Groups are coming up with many residential projects in Mira Road in different sizes and price. Kindly mention your choice of your flat whether looking at 1, 2 or 3 BHK.
