Namaste Sunil,

Came across that 2 BHK at Namrata Flora City costs approx 25 lakhs onwards and they are charging Rs. 3000 per sqft. The builder is offering host of amenities such as club house, gym, swimming pool, RWH, 24 hrs security, Wifi connectivity, cafeteria and landscaped garden. Looks to be a wise option to buy a 2 BHK flat in this project.

Hmmm, seems to be a good decision to buy a flat in this project. Apart from providing modern amenities, the flat is also Vasthu Complaint which is an added bonus.
