Hello satheesh , yes this project is still under construction. The current price per sq ft will be around Rs 3900. This project include 2bhk and 3bhk. The price for 2bhk will be around 45 lakhs for 986 - 1080 sq.ft, and for 3bhk will be Rs 55 lacs for 1318 - 1331 sq.ft.
