Hi guys, I came to know from news that , the Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) has invited applications from builders who are keen to construct affordable houses for the common man. GDA vice-chairman Santosh Kumar Yadav said the UP government has waived off stamp duty on the purchase of land for the purpose.
Yes Sujan , i agreed with you. I too came to know that, land measuring five to 100 acres could be bought for the houses. The prices of such affordable houses would range from Rs 15-30 lakh. No development tax and no land use conversion charges would be levied on builders who come forward to build affordable houses.
