Mohan nagar houses are available at very reasonable rates. one can get a 2BHK and 3BHK apartment for Rs 40 lakh and Rs 70 lakh. Most of the residential projects are planned like townships with facilities like clubhouses, swimming pools, parking, playgrounds, security etc.

well kanika, GDA plans to invest close to Rs 3,700 crore in the area.
there are almost 12 project s in the pipeline.
widening of major roads, highways, construction of rail underbridge and over-bridge,
extension of the Metro line from Vaishali to Mohan Nagar and Dilshad Garden to Arthala.

The Mohan Nagar intersection will become a major interchange point for commuters to switch over between the Delhi Metro and the proposed Regional Rapid Transport System (RRTS)

also an intercity high-speed train connectivity project is planning a station at Mohan Nagar. another highlight is the loop flyover on the crossing of the Mohan Nagar traffic signal this will facilitate uninteruppted traffic flow and be a big relief to its residents

Hi.. ithink a brige is also comming up on the Hindon river. once that is completed people travelling from Delhi to Ghaziabad, Meerut, and Haridwar need not worry about commuting hurdles at all .

yes of course kanika, for a middle income group it is a futile dream of owning house in delhi or noida. Mohan nagar has affordable properties where you can invest in or even start living in. many projects are redy to move in and the area is well connected as well.

Yea, Ankur is right.... you can speand all your money and either go for a small apartment in Noida/delhi or get a bigger apartment in Mohan nagar. this place has an advantage of being close to Noida, delhi as well as other parts of Ghaziabad.
