yeah and news says that gurgaon will see a lot of lease renewals as the first companies that started operations in 2004-06 will be comming to teh end of their lease term..

yeah i too read that the commercial space absorption in Delhi NCR saw 22% rise in 2013 vis a vis 2012,. it seems that Colliers International conducted a study which found that 26% of the total absorption of more than 31 million sq ft across top 6 cities was contributed by NCR.
hi...it seems that of the 8.31 million sq ft commercial lease in Delhi NCR, 70% of the space was leased in Gurgaon, 23% in Noida and the remaining 7% in Delhi.
