Can anybody tell me that what would be the possession period? Is there any bank providing loan for this property?

Hello Sanchita,
According to telephonic discussion with the property owner it came to know that the possession period will be aroound 6 months.

Yes, There are many banks like ICICI, HDFC, CO-OPERATIVE BANKS are providing loan for the property.

What is the total no of floor in this apartment? Which floor is available for sale? Is this project approved by the Authority?

Well Sanchita,
Total nos. fo floor in this apartment are G+4 and ground floor is available for sale.
Ofcourse, If the financial institutions are providing loan for this property then it must be approved by the govt. authority. And it is approved by Ahmedabad Municipal Corp.
