These are situated strategically on the Old Mahabalipuram Road and are in proximity to the SIPCOT IT Park. Therefore, they hold a promise of high return on investment in the near future. I have recently visited their projects Tiana, Sinovia, Amalfi, and Edina. These projects offer all the modern amenities of the likes of swimming pools, heated Jacuzzi spa, yoga and aerobics center, jogging tracks, squash and badminton courts, auditorium, large sports ground, cafes and refreshment zones, table tennis room, computer rooms, large sports ground, and music, art, recreational rooms and many more. I think you will find many 2BHK flats in the OMR area of Chennai city, but these are the best ones I have visited so far.
