Hi,
I am planning to sell my 2 BHK flat located in Ghodbunder Road. What are the basics of any sale transaction I must know? What clearances from the buyer should I be aware of? What will the housing loan company look at? Is there a checklist?

Hi,
If you get a good offer for your 2 BHK flat in Ghodbunder Road, then go ahead and sell the same as agreed upon at the earliest. There are chances that prices may fall in near future. To be on a safer side always take a help of a legal advisor.

Yes you heard it right Mr. Abhi. The prices of the properties have shown significant level of appreciation in last 2 years due to upward trend in real estate industry. I think investing in a property in Ghodbunder road makes more sense than investing in other localities which are in the developing stage. Since Ghodbunder Road is close to many entertainment hubs, malls, super markets, movie theaters, railway station, banks, schools and major hospitals, many people are preferring this area for buying a dream house.

In fact in recent years due to real estate boom, the property prices have registered a high growth since there is a huge demand for flats and apartments in Ghodbunder road. Moreover located at heart of the city with easy access to Link Road, State Highways and Eastern Express Highway, the area has become a attraction for many builders and home seekers.
