Raviraj Greenaria hadapsar or Sancheti eves Garden(Kesav nagar)

Q: I am looking for ready to move 2 BHK with 45lac.we have selected above two project.Can you please let me know which place is good buy as per location and can give me good return in future.
Raviraj greenaria is just behind magarpatta,in Hadapsar MIDC area where Eves garden is in kesav nagar.

MY only doubt is the Raviraj properties which we have finalize,is just behind Magarpatta( which is good thing ) but It is on approce road.Its next to silver leaf. So everything we need we have to depended either or magarpatta or have to come mainsolapur road.

Hmmm. Ok. But I dont think it is that far away to come to Pune-Solapur Road from Magarpatta. Autos are easily available from Magarpatta to reach main Solapur road. But since when all daily needs and requirements are met at Magarpatta itself then why should you travel all the way to Solapur road.

In fact Hadapsar is also easily accessible to airport which is approx 17 kms and Pune station is only 9.3 kms. State run buses connect Hadapsar with other localities like Keshav Nagar, Mundwa, Kondhwa and NIBM at regular intervals. You can also take an auto, taxi or a cab from hadapsar to reach other destinations in Pune.

But even Keshav Nagar is not a bad idea at all in buying or investing a property. The locality is growing by leaps and bounds in recent times. Many developments pertaining to residential and commercial activities are taking place at a brisk pace in Keshav nagar.

I think in my opinion both the localities are good for buying the property within the mentioned budget. There are many ongoing projects coming up in Hadapsar as well as in Keshav Nagar ranging in 2 BHK's in the price ranging around 45 lakhs.

Since you are looking for property in Hadapsar, the locality is very good for staying as well as gives good return in future. There are many IT and ITES firms which are located in Magarpatta city which itself is a mini township. It is at close proximity from Hadapsar. You will find many shopping malls, plazas, food courts, multiplexes, retail stores, schools, hospitals and banks. What more can you expect???
