Well Neeraj,
It is G+4 apartment having 1200 of units in 3 phases. The expected date of possession would be December'2015.
This property was launched @2525/sq.ft in April'2011 and after 2 years the rate is 2950. So you himself can calculate the return within 2 years. I can only suggest you that 3-5 years investment can give you a healthy return in the coming years.
