Well the new budge of Noida and greater noida authority has given much emphasis to the development of the infrastructure in the area...

That obviously is the need of the hour...more and more people are moving towards these areas as both residential and commercial sectors are developing here.... proper infrastructure too needs to be planned and that too with long term goals.

well of the budget of Rs 19, 653 crore for the next financial year,half of the amount will be spent on infrastructure development with emphasis on Metro.
Noida Authority and Greater Noida Authority has sanctioned Rs 252 crore on medical infrastructure and Rs 275 crore on sewer and water network.
Noida Authority has allocated Rs 500 crore for power infrastructure....

well it seems that the authority has approved the mixed land use policy and so now commercial establishments can function in residential areas . but there needs to be a 24 meters or more wide road.

Good!!!! now the hospitals, banks, schools, ATM kiosks, Guest Houses and other business premises that had earlier closed down can resume their activities...

yeah but they will have to arrange for parking vehicles...atleast 6 vehicles if iam not wrong....

yes Mukesh is right... these establishments have to arrange for atleast 6 motor vehicles and then apply for fresh permits..so with these approvals the businesses that had earlier closed down in sectors 1, 2, 5, 6, 8 10, 19, 22, 27 after the Supreme Court Order can now function...
