Is it good time to invest at uppal area?

Q: I am planning to buy a flat in AV Info Pride. We can say this is a good gated community in this area with almost all amenities and very near to WGL highway and good connectivity ti city/pocharam. But I am just concerned due to bifurcation of the state, may be prices will drop?

Hey Uppal is upcoming area with lot of amenities like metro-rail hub, malls, IT Zone, Uppal Cricket Stadium etc. It is still anyone can invest here. Compare to other areas in the city of Hyderabad. Still Uppal is affordable and comes with lot of greenery like Survey of India etc.

@Supratim: The price for units such as 2bhk and 3bhk is available here. The price for 2bhk will be Rs 27 lakhs above for 1100 sq.ft , for 3bhk it would be 40 lakhs above for 1380 - 1550 sq.ft.
