well, as i was told, celestia is a 55 acre township project and there will be school and shopping complex inside the campus...so be rest assured that there are reputed schools in the vicinity and hopsitals are also nearby and then there are 2-3 malls already in the area and many more planned.....

Hi...is the project approved by government and banks? and what is the current rate of the flats and the sizes of the apartments?
Samar

yes Samar, the project has got the relevant approvals from HUDA and the escavations have started already... the bank approvals too are in place ans you have all private banks like ICICI, axis and HDFC among others and DHFL,PNB,SBI etc that are providing loans.
There are 2 sizes in 2bhks of 1150sqft and 1300sqft and 3bhks in 1700sqft..so the apartments are big and spacious ones. the builder is offering a rate of Rs 3050/sqft but with some brokers you can get it for as less as Rs 2860/sqft also..

hello meenakshi, this project is quite good and the main thing is its location.. it s on the road that is the road connecting dharuhera and biwadi and is around 1.5kms away from the NH8. The KMP expressway is around 8 kms ahead of this project and you have a project from dwarkadish and raheja and vatika as neighbours..so quite nice in terms of locality....

well meenakshi the future developmental prospect is very good..but not in 2 years..ill say in a gap of 4-5 years.. this is a good long term investment and the area is ajunctionpoint of the industrial areas...the industrial belt of manesar, bhiwadi, neemrana is all nearby. For a person working in manesar, both dharuhera and gurgaon is equidistance...but a 2 bhk at gurgaon is 70-80lakhs and at dharuhera is 40-50 lakhs...and in year to come..it will reach the same rate as gurgaon

Yes...my bet is that you can use this even for end use in 5 years time... the rentals that you will get here is quite good...i was told that a 2bhk od 950sqft is fetching a rent of 8-10 000 now only in this area...
