Hi, I believe that home loan strategy should never ever be based on anticipated financial windfalls. one should always base it on realistic factors such as reasonable salary hikes and maturing insurance policies and investments.
Well Mr sunil, to take a loan or not is an individual decision based on various factors ...but what i have observed is that teh pune market is quite stable and there are chances of increase in prices..so waitiong for the prices of property to come does doesnt seem a good option.
Yea Shrikant is right, if you have an eye on property and the home loan EMI will constitute a maxiumum of 50% of teh income and you are sure to have all basic monthly expenses covered..go ahead take that loan and get you property.
