What are the documents we should get from the builder after registration of flat for ownership?

Q: Sir,
I am going to get final registry of my Flat at Rukunpura,Danapur,Patna. What are required documents which I should collect from builder to take hand over of flats which is ready to move in.

thanks Mr Panday, thanks a lot for reply. Yesterday I have get my property registred at patna registry office. Builder will give me my possession letter after the receipt(copy ) of final registry. I talked to builder about plan but he said that your home loan is from SBI and SBI has varified all plans and other documents, so you don't have to worry about other documents.

HI Anil,
The required documents you should collect from your builder are Letter of allotment Possession letter, Agreement letter, No objection letter, Commencement certificate, Blue Print of plan, Receipts of, payments given to the builder and Completion certificate if the project is completed.
