Navin Verma, are you sure rent trend is above 16k ? My flat is duplex with 1600 sq. Feet area. It is pretty spacious.

Hello Sriharsha, If it is a duplex as well spacious they you can definitely charge more rent for that. The price I have give is the approximate price. And your property is also near medical college which is an added advantage.
