Thanks to a superb connectivity through highways, the locality is also well-connected to multiple locations in the city. Undri also has multiple schools, colleges, banks, ATMs, multiplexes, hospitals and shopping centres in its vicinity. The locality also has good transport facilities.

Hello Rohit, I think take a rented house is purely depended upon your convenient to workplace and livability, so in my sense selecting area is also depend upon your chosen parameter not with the cheaper rate, yes of courses you get suitable rented house nearby your selected destination , moreover Pune is known for affordable living city.

Pune is still a largely affordable city.The rental market in Pune is buzzing at a good pace, there are still several places in Pune where you can rent without spending a lot on a monthly basis.There are several suburbs in the city that are more than affordable. While the realty rates in the city are growing at a rapid rate, some pockets of Pune are quite cheap.

Pune is generally considered a diversified city, so no matter which suburban area you live in. The main think is that the suitable resources are available or not. If anyone is in a daily work-home routine, then it is better to opt to stay in one of the suburbs which is closer to the main city area.

For a 2 bhk rental values vary from Rs 15,000-20,000 and a 3BHK is available for Rs 20,000-25,000 per month.

A 2BHK in Pimple Saudagar is available for Rs 10,000-15,000 per month while a 3BHK unit commands Rs 15,000-20,000 per month.

2BHK and 3BHK apartments in Kharadi are available for Rs 10,000-20,000 per month. Rental values have been rising in this locality due to the robust demand.

People prefer to rent an apartment in Wakad because of the proximity to HITEC City and seamless connectivity to different parts of the city and to Mumbai. The locality also offers amenities such as efficient drainage system, adequate water and electric supply.

Magarpatta is also a good locality for renting an apartment and the area is well connected to Kharadi EON IT Park and Kalyani Nagar.
