Andheri west is about 6 kms from the Western Express Highway and about 4 kms from Andheri railway station. Mumbai airport, situated in Andheri east is about 7 kms from the locality. The soon to be functional, Metro line will pass through this area. Both these areas offer a well-fabricated social infrastructure. From schools to hospitals to banks, all kind of facilities are available in Andheri west and Mira Road. With increasing connectivity and fast developing infrastructure, the rental market in the area looks promising.

In terms of connectivity, both localities enjoy good road and rail connectivity with major parts of the city. Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai, are all easily accessible from these locations.. Mira Road is connected to the western suburbs through the Western Express Highway and Thane through the Ghodbunder road. The Western Express Highway is situated at half a kilometre’s distance from the area, which connects it to the international airport. Mira Road railway station is 3 kms away.
