How is the connectivity and Infrastructure of the locality ?

@Supratim: The GST Road connects Kolathur to the Chennai International Airport while the Chennai Central railway station is at a distance of 20 minutes only. The Inner Ring Road also passes through Kolathur, making it one of the well connected areas of Chennai. The Moogambikai bus stop is also nearby. This locality is also connected to prime areas such as Anna Nagar and Amabattur. Also the proximity to the industrial hub of Ambattur is also driving the residential demand in the area.

Hey Murali: this locality is located in north Chennai, with relatively affordable values and proximity to IT parks. The locality offers proximity to the Grand Southern Trunk Road (GST) and the Chennai Bypass Road. These roads further connect the locality to other parts of the city.

@Supratim: The capital values in Kolathur vary from Rs 4,400-5,500 per sq ft. Whereas values in the nearby locations are much higher, like of Anna nagar and all. A 2BHK apartment is sized between 750-900 sq ft area while, a 3BHK is within 1000-1300 sq ft will be around 20 lakhs to 40 lakhs.
