Hello,the project in sector 67 has good connectivity via sohna road and very near to the golf course extension road as well.. it is near Dwarka expressway though not on it.... I am not aware of any banks as of now ,but considering the builder reputation i thinkalmost all nationalised and private banks will fund the loan... you can ceck with your banks as well.
Hi Mr singh.. the basic price as advised to me by one of the broker is Rs 10350 for a 2358sqft 3bhk so that will come to around Rs 2.4 Cr+other charges... they have units that are of varying sizes from 1800sqft to 5100sqft... as far as i am avare all the units are available.
Mr Singh, I am awaew that this is a project on 13 acres land by the reputed M3M group and they have come with an innovative singapore style living in gurgaon... they aim to make the place feel like singapore with high rises, landscapped gardens and world class club and other amenities like security, power etc that has now become a norm with all good projects.
