Hey Hanif, Thanks dude for the elaborate information. I am planning to apply for E Khata and as you said I have all the documents accept site release order. Can you tell me what is that as I have no idea about? thanks in advance.
This document is given by BMRDA to developer mentioning which all sites have been released for registration first 60% and then final 40%. Sometimes what happen developers register sites if you pay the whole amount if it is not released by BMRDA for registration.
E khata, khata in computerised format is mandatory and it takes a day to get it from panchayat office. Before hand Khata was given in hand written ( form 9 and 11) now this should be issued in electronic form where site photo and owner's photo are mandatory. E Khata will be issued with digital signature.
Documents required for applying E Khata are: Identity proof, BMRDA approved plan, sale deed, site release order, tax paid receipt, owner's photo, old Khata, site photo. This is for properties coming under BMRDA jurisdiction.
