Hi Samrat, With in the budget you mentioned that is 50 lac you can get apartment in Talegaon, Nigdi, Chakan, Urse, Wadgaon sides also. And the belt of this location is really too much developing now a days you will became double profitable if u invest now in this locations. And accordding to the lifestyle, Talegaon, nigdi, wadgaon are are with Big Talegaon MIDC and Wadgaon MIDC, too much big firms and compnies are there near Wadgaav. I will suggest you choose a apartment in Talegaon only.

Hey Sam You can look for areas like Ravet and some parts of Wagholi still offer property at affordable rates. Wagholi is one of the peripheral areas in Pune that is coming in the spot light due to various development projects focused here.
