When can I expect the completion date of the project ?? What is the current price per sq ft? Which all banks have options for home loans ?

@Vivek: The expected completion date will be by dec 2014. The current price per sq ft will be Rs 5,000. Almost all banks have approvals for home loans in this project.

@Rubiya: Yes they are quoting slight negotiations. Singuperumal Koil is one of the fastest growing and developing locality in Chennai. It connects three different places together like Mahindra World City on South, Oragadam on West and Tambaram on North. It is surrounded by industrial area and MNC. All the facilities are available in this locality.

Hey Murali: This project Royal Town is located in GST Road, Singuperumal Koil. It is a very calm residential locality with all the basic amenities such as school, bank, ATM and hospitals. It is well connected with the other parts of the city. It is well connected by train, buses and public transports.
