Hi I have seen a flat in Sree Daksha Saharsh , Vadavali . I would like to know about their construction .

Q: It looks very nice from outside but I am worried about the strength and other details like plumbing, electric work etc. If somebody can help me I would be happy.

Vadavalli is very prime residential locality and well connected with the other part of the city. All the basic necessity such as schools, banks, markets/malls, hospitals and ATMs are available nearby the locality. School including DPS, colleges and Bharathiyar University are close by. It is next to RS Puram, Sai Baba Colony and Navavoor Pirivu is the most preferred locality in the Coimbatore.

Shree Daksha Saharsh by Sree Daksha Property Developers (India) Pvt. Ltd located at Vadavali, Marudamalai Road in Coimbatore. It offers 3BHK apartments in 1850 sqft, @ Rs.3800/sqft which cost 70.30 lacs onward. It is a G+8 storey apartments having 14 units.

Well Rakshit,
It is a DTP approved project and almost all the leading financial institutions and centralize banks are issuing loan for this project. As i had a word with them and the banks are issuing loan, so no issue with the project. You can go for it.

Hello,
It sounds really great to know that you are doing so much homework before buying property. After all it is your hard earned money. Even i am planning to buy a 3BHK of this project and made a conversation with the developer and he said that they have used quality materials in their project and interiors such as plumbing, electric, lifts, security system fixed in a proper way. Even earth quake resistance have been used in the base.
