I heard that Golden Palm society is not so good in order to live / rent there. The chairman of the society Nimesh Patel is not good, very arrogant and pretending like he has own the whole society & not treating the peoples well. How one can think of buying dream house there ? Action should be taken against them.

There are few flats in 3BHK in 1296 sqft on 11th floor is available for booking. And the current rate is Rs. 4400/sqft.

Almost all the leading banks are issuing loan for this project such as HDFC,SBI, ICICI etc. They can also arrange loan from your existing bank.

These are Acrylic painting on canvas, steam bath facility, meditation/aerobic/yoga hall, designer entrace hall, 24hrs water & electricity supply, fire fighting arrangements etc.
Ravet is a very fast developing locality and is ideal locality for Mumbai based IT professionals because the express highway entrance is within 2 km from here. It is well connected by trains, buses and public transports. School, bank, ATM and hospital are available nearby the locality.

Hi Shrikant,
Though, Tropica Ravet has not received all necessary sanctions and approvals! Considering the current Pune real estate locha, these sanctions may take a lot of time - a few months - but i feel, it's worth waiting for!
For government clearence, a process that can take three months to 1 and half years, because developer has to approach over 40 government authorities or agencies involved in the project clearance.

Hi Rohit, Thanks for your reply. so even if these sanctions are pending, my question is : Does it impact to residents after builder gives possession ? Can people start staying there without these approvals ?
