hmmmm..that is a very sad situation...and a lot of additional burden on the people who have bought.. because those people will still have to pay rent and the EMI and the penalty clauses is very less and mostly not paid by builders who dilly dally the issue..
yea you are right, but they hardly get paid as most of teh builders approach higher courts and delay the matter.. many dharnas have happened but hardly any respite.. the investors are feeling cheated and frustrated...
