The industrial sectors such as 61, 62 and 63 are about 8km away and even the NH-24,is reachable in say 15 mins time. In future, the area will benefit from the Faridabad-Noida-Ghaziabad (FNG) Highway and the greater noida link road is also there...
Hi, Yogita, sure that most areas in noida teh rate is quite high but still you can look at Sector 119 and 120, barely 5km from Noida City Centre Metro Station where there is availability of properties within Rs 4,600 and 5,600 per sq ft.range..........

Yes Govinda, these are good projects in RS 50Lakhs if look further in this price range Gaursons has some good options at prime locations. as there project are delivered by time usually. but nothing much to compare with these brands.
