Hi ,I am planning to buy a flat in vasavi estates shantiniketan project located in whitefields hitech city Hyderabad.
Q: My question is how is the reputation of the Vasavi estates builders, whether they deliver the property on time ? How is their constructional quality?
Hi all I am planning to buy a resale property in vasavi shantiniketan. Want a quick feedback about the property. I heard there are seepage issues in the apartment. Is this true. If so how serious issues are they. Awaiting a response as I have almost shortlisted this property but now confused
Yes, this is in few flats, but it is not that horrible that you can't bear it. These wet patches appear in few flats with in 1-2 ft from the floor, you can check before buying. Don't expect any support from builder.

the rate mentioned here is too high. Last time during my discussion I was promised a rate of INR4200.00. However, I got to know from few of my friends that the project is running atleast 1 year late and hence withdrew. As per the state of the project it may be ready for registration/ possession by Dec 2015 but it would noway be habitable before June 2016.
I booked a flat here almost a year ago. The builder is pretty good. I checked out their project at Srinagar colony. The construction quality was impressive. They promised Dec 2015, and by the looks of it, they seem to be on track. I would recommend it wholeheartedly.

Hey Hitech City is a very calm & peaceful locality. And close proximity to software and IT companies. It is well connected by trains, buses and public transports. Transport facility is also good in this locality. School, bank, ATM and hospital are available nearby the locality.

Hi Pawan. The location of the project is at whitefieds. All the amenities like hospital , banks.all stores and most of the it offices are at walking distance from the project. Whitefields is considered a prime location.I suggest you go and see the project location.
Hi Sridhar.I did the booking of a 2BHK flat today in shantiniketan. The total cost for 1235sqft is coming to 60L including taxes and other costs except registration charges.Visited the previous project by the builder. Construction seems ok.Did talk to some owners, they seem to be quiet satisfied with the builder.

Hello Somraj, as far as I know The builder is very good, recently one of my friend bought a apartment from the same builder and so far he didnt have any problems and the quality of constructions is very good. You can proceed with your purchase if you feel the price is right as the builder is very professional
