@Kunal: The project provides 3bhk villa for 900 sq.ft for around 70 lakhs. The approvals are on process and they have not yet decided the possession date. This is right time to buy property here as its a newly launched project, so you can get good discounts.

Hey Venkatesh, Chettinad Greenville project is already sold out. There is another project named Sekaran Brick Lane in Perumbakkam. It is a 3bhk villa, and the price per sq ft is around Rs 7,800.
