Avadi Locality Review

Q: I am planning to buy a property in Avadi. I have recently shifted from Delhi. Please let me know if the locality safe ? Please let me know if it is a good idea to buy a property for end use ?

Happinest Avadi is located at Off Poonamalle Avadi high road, it is one of the safest places I am aware of. It is surrounded by Garden & Play Area for Children, commercial-shops, etc which indicates that the area is not secluded. Everything is at feasible distance.

@Kunal: Avadi water supply comes from the Chennai Public Works Department (PWD). The electricity supply in Avadi is managed by the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board (TNEB). The real estate growth is in developing stage and the rate of Investment (ROI) is average.

There are more than 12 educational institutions within a radius of 10 km. Situated in Avadi-Poonamalle High Road, Near by Paruthipattu Bus Stop at Kendriya Vihar. It is 4 Km from Avadi and 6 Km from Poonamalle. Also hospitals such as Teja Hospital and Frontier Life Hospital are near by.

Schools such as Kendriya Vidyalaya., Jaigopal Garodia, Sri Venkateshwara Matriculation Higher Secondary. Avadi has a number of Engineering Colleges including St. Peters Engineering College, Chennai National Arts and Science College, S.A Engineering College, Vel Tech Engineering College and Aalim Muhammed Salegh Group of Educational Institutions. Hey guys Avadi has divided into two parts by railway station market side and bus stop side. Market side is congested area and bus stop side less rush and keep on extending till Veltech. Market side u have fish market vegetable market municipality office and registration office. If u buying a land please go to office and check the detail get fm sketch and old patta no verified. More development yet to be come. :)

Hello Sudhakar, As far as I know the security quotient in Avadi is good due to the presence of streetlights and gated communities. Multi-storey apartments are popular amongst middle and lower class people. Avadi is a very nice & decent locality. It has very high degree of connectivity by road and rail and Optima Upgrade is located just 700 meters from the state highway 55 connecting Avadi - Poonamallee - St. Thomas Mount in this locality. Avadi is a locality in the Northern region of Chennai. It is surrounded by Ambattur and Aminjikkarai.

Avadi is a very prime location in Chennai having good connectivity to all parts of the city via both train and bus. Prices are increasing with the increase in multiple educational institutes coming in and around the area. So it is good for short term as well as long term investments. You can get fruitful returns in future.
