Latest Answer: Quite satisfactory. I had booked a flat in Block B3 last year and went to see last month (October 2016) and I was glad to see the flat was almost complete. The electric and painting work on going on – everything else was done. The rest of the blocks also seem to be nearing completion. It looks like I will be able to move in a few months. The builders are good and communicating efficiently. Hope everything else continues the same way!

Q: What really makes Adyar a popular rental destination?
Latest Answer: Hi as per my knowledge Adyar is a standout amongst the most midway found private places in Chennai. Its closeness to OMR (around 5 km) makes it a perfect rental choice for the individuals who can manage the cost of the high rental qualities. A 3BHK estimated around 1200-1800 sq ft is accessible for a month to month rent of Rs 25,000-40,000. A 2BHK, then again, charges anyplace between Rs 20,000-25,000 every month.
