Hi guys,
As per source appreciation of the property is good and prices are increasing day by day. Better connectivity to Delhi is increasing the land price in sec.100.

Property prices are going up rapidly in this market. It has shown an increase of Rs 1,500-2,500 per sq ft in the last two years. Starting from Rs 2,800-3,500, prices have now touched Rs. 4,500-6,800 per sq ft.
I think now these information may have given some idea about appreciation.

Hi every one, What hitesh said about the location is right. So i am just adding little bit to it. So in my point of view the area is developing as a hub for commercial activities .
It's most preferred location to stay in NCR region. It has better connectivity to International Airport,and link to Delhi-Noida.
Government Primary School is only 1.5 km from sector 100 and situated in Basai village.
Indira Gandhi International Airport is 16 km distance from Sector 100. Basai Dhankot Railway Station is only 1.3 km from Sector 100.
Shri Balaji Hospital is around 2 km distance from here. So from Sector 100 to nearby all these area are connected by Dwarka Expressway.So Sector 100 is now in booming stage and prefer d area for investors & buyers.

When i was searching about major infrastructures in Sector 100, I came to know that Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam is also located nearly 5 km distance from Sector 100. And Water Treatment Plant(HUDA) is also in this locality. And near Sector 100 builders like Heritage ,M2K Infrastructures Pvt Ltd,Vatika Group,Emaar MGF Land Limited,Assotech Limited, Lotus realtech Pvt Ltd, Cosmos Infra Emgineering india ltd, Beverly Towers pvt ltd. have there projects.
So in my point of view this locality is good for investors .But this place is well known for commercial projects.

Hi shefali,
In my point of view "location and connectivity" play an important role in pulling buyer and investors to any real estate project. Even the buyers now prefer well-planned projects with rapid commuting infrastructure. This has led to the development of many sectors like Sector 100 around expressways in Gurgaon, and the one to receive maximum attention is "Dwarka-Gurgaon link Expressways ".

I guess so with the expressway expected to be complete in this year or max by early next year , people are expecting the connectivity to be major driving factor couple with the availability of mid segment residential flats here.

Hi , yes there are many MNCs and corporates operating out of Gurgaon, coupled with the less houses for middle class in Gurgaon and Delhi, Dwarka Expressway has emerged as an attractive alternative for investors and end users. The project by HUDA is designed to ease traffic rush on the Delhi-Gurgaon Expressway and of the total 18km stretch of the expressway, work on nearly 15km has been completed.

Yea..... recently HUDA solved a major issue in the completion of Dwarka-Gurgaon Expressway when decision to give alternative plots to 200 house owners with property on proposed route. this will definitely boost development in the area.
