Hey Vivek the price for 3bhk will be around Rs 60 lakhs for 1253 sq ft. Potheri is on the GST Road between Tambaram and Chengelpet. The prestigious SRM University & Medical College is at Potheri. It is well connected by rail & road on the Tambaram to Chengelpet route. The Maraimalai Nagar Industrial estate is also nearby.
