Some of the prime developers includes Marvel Realtors, Supreme Universal Pvt Ltd, and Ajmera Developers. Aria by Ajmera Realty and Marvel Crest by Marvel Realtors are the two luxury project in Koregaon which is getting completed by 2014.

The neighborhood contains the Poona School and Home for Blind, which is located on North Main Road. Sant Gadge Maharaj School is also located on South Main Road. The locality has well-equipped multi-speciality Inlaks Budhrani Hospital, Ruby Hall Clinic, Jehangir Hospital nad Budhrani Hospital. The area is full of eateries like Westin Hotel, Hard Rock Cafe, O Hotel is a five star hotel and newly opened Starbucks Cafe. There is a mall in this locality called as Koregaon Park Plaza.

Marvel Simrose, Casa Jewel, Marvel Crest,Ganga Studio Apartments, Ajmera Aria and Venkateshwara Florencia are some of the good ongoing project in Koregaon Park. The price of the apartments in these project ranges from Rs 95 lakhs to Rs 10 crores.

Proximity to commercial hubs is the main reason for capital appreciation.

Koregaon Park is viewed as one of the esteemed addresses in Pune. Earlier the area was primarily a residential area with lush greenery but later the area has turned into a commercial market place.

It is one of the most expensive real estate destinations in Pune, Koregaon Park is becoming a sought after realty hub now. After the arrival of Osho Commune, the real transformation of the locality happened. It has its own identity, which is very separate from that of any other area in Pune.

The main reason for high demand of this locality is its proximity to the IT hub, Kalyani Nagar. Today, a residential property in Koregaon Park is sold anywhere between Rs. 9000-10000/sq.ft., depending on exact location and specifications.

Koregaon Park is conveniently located around 6 km from the Pune International Airport and about 3-4 km from the Pune city railway station. The area is also a preferred choice among the high net worth individuals (HNIs).

Numerous reasons are there for its high demand. First of all its connectivity to airport and railway station is quite good. It has Poona School and Home for Blind. And on top of that most famous German Bakery is located in Koregaon Park. The very famous Osho Ahram is also located in Koregaon Park. KP is also famous for its rocking nightlife. Hence Koregaon Park is a complete package for living. I was a frequent visitor to this place when in Pune.
