Hello, the booking of flats in ongoing now and the builder has promised to the investors that if 5% of the BSP is given at booking and 30% within a month then no more payments to be made till possession and after 2 and half year or at possession should you wish to sell, the builder himself can buy back by giving Rs 300 per sqft as premium

Hello Arvind, this project is in soft launch phase, the work is expected to start in another 2-3 months time and the possession is panned in 30 months. Planned are 3 and 4 bhks of size 1800 sqft and 2100 sqft and at a BSP of Rs 2950 per sqft.

Oh.. ok Mr Malik, any idea on how many floors will be there and what all amenities will be taken care of?

Well they are planning for G+4 floors with parking on the ground floor. There will be power back up and water supply as well as 24 hour security. The apartments will be planned as per vaastu and there will also be club, gym, kids play area and park within the compound.

Well the locality is quite nice... this is on the Delhi -meerut bypass and near the shubharti university and a little bit in front of the township of ansals called as sushant city. The project is near the institutions and so good rentals are projected in the area as well.
