Noida is a great place to be as there are enough educational institutes, 5-star hotels, shopping malls, hospitals, and commercial hubs here. The infrastructure and connectivity is also super with many flyovers, underpasses, Metro line, and the operational DND Expressway, along with wide city roads. Hmmm... it is predicted that the residential property prices will increase marginally as supply levels are supposed to improve by later half of 201. Also the rental and resale market will see good demand as there is decrease in new launches.
