Hi, this project has residential and commercial areas here. The ground and first floor are reserved for commercial spaces and the possession is expected by Diwali. the rest of the floors are for residential area and there are options for 2 and 3 bhks.
The residential space is expected to be completed by Jan 2015 and a total of 45 flats will be there and the 2 bhk costs Approx rs 2500/sq ft for a 1000sqft apartment. the 3 bhk apartment if of 1400 sqft and the rate is rs 2750 /sqft.
well , i know of DHFL and LIC that re giving loans...and the project has got all relevant approvals from MDA and so i think u can approach any bank of your choice...
