Q: hi i have a requirement for 2/3 bhk in gurgoan with an investment of 75-85 lacs, pls advice some projects in or around gurgaon would not be keen in new gurgaon.i would like to buy the house for end use i.e living and oaky if the project can be delivered in 3 to 4 yrs pls advice projects of good builders
HI, You can also consider the projects by Emaar MGF, Emerald Estate in Sector 65 where a 990 sqft 2 bhk will be costing approx RS 70 lakhs and 3 bhks in 90 Lakhs approx
HI Gaurav, the price that you have mentioned is a very tight one for Gurgaon , however you can get good properties in the upcoming areas... y not look at these areas since you are thinking of end use in 3-4 years only. I can suggest you SARE cresent parc, green parc phase II where there is availability of 1261 sq ft 3 bhk for approx 70 Lakhs.
Hello, I sure agree with Jitender, you can look at Agrante Beethoven 8 at sec 107, here a 2 bhk will be available in 75L and 3bhks will be around Rs 91 L... the connectivity is good and with possession in 2017...
