Hi Pavan I think you are right but I am staying in Medavakkam which was earlier a quiet suburb and recently transformed into a bustling locality with proximity to OMR, Velachery and GST Road. Social infrastructure such as schools, colleges and medical centers have ensure the popularity of this locality among prospective tenants. The upcoming monorail which will pass through localities such as Velachery, Vandalur and Poonamallee will further boost the demand in Medavakkam too.
